Medical Records

How-To: Kevin can store and organize a variety of medical-related information using Tags. He can also take advantage of the System’s ability to allow more than one Tag for each Record.

Kevin creates the following Tags using Suppl#28:

• Medical

• Prescriptions

• Francis

• Jonas

• Ultrasound

• MRI

• X-Rays

Using the Records List View on Suppl#12, Kevin creates new Records at a granular level – Among other Records, he adds a new Record to describe his latest visit to Dr. Francis, another one for medication prescribed by Dr. Jonas last month, and two separate Records describing the results of his last two Ultrasounds.

Kevin tags each Record with all related Tags, so that he can easily find Records from a variety of viewpoints. For example, he would be able to pull all prescriptions in 2020, or all records related to Dr. Jonas, or all X-Rays, etc.
